Fortnite players have been unable to log on since last night due to a "critical failure" with an account server database.
Epic Games shared news of login issues on Twitter yesterday, and followed up this morning, saying the servers were going offline for emergency maintenance. The latest update, posted on Reddit this afternoon, has identified the issue and advised that while there's no exact window of when the servers will be up and running again, players will be kept updated on an hourly basis.
