Valve have quietly discontinued production of Steam Link hardware, the wee black box which plugs into your telly and home network to let you play PC games on the big screen streamed from another room. Their plan is to instead focus on the Steam Link app for mobile doodads and certain models of television. Supplies in Europe are already sold out, and Valve say they’re almost gone in the USA too. I am now kicking myself for not picking one up all those times they were £2 in sales.
