Because there’s nothing quite like ‘accidentally’ killing your pals with a turret dropped in from orbit in excellent co-op shooter Helldivers, which is free on Steam for the weekend. Developers Arrowhead have also buffed the game up a little for this event – calling the new version “A New Hell“. The sharply satirical Starship Troopers-inspired game now has three new difficulty settings for expert players, three new enemy types and a new weapon to fractionally even the odds.
