Rage 2, Doom Eternal and other future Bethesda games are all coming to Steam

Bethesda has officially confirmed that many of its anticipated future titles will be available on Steam.

In a new tweet, out of the blue, Bethesda revealed that Rage 2, Doom Eternal, Wolfenstein: Youngblood, and Wolfenstein: Cyberpilot will all be available on Steam.

Though the tweet didn’t specifically say if this means at launch or at a later date (we’ve asked for clarification), though that is believed to be the case. Fallout 76, which launched exclusively on Bethesda’s own launcher, will too make its way to Steam “later this year.”

All games will also, obviously, be available on Bethesda’s store.

It’s interesting that Bethesda felt the need to clarify this now. Many assumed keeping Fallout 76 off Steam was the start of things to come. And, with the Epic Games Store’s increasing clout in the PC space, fans were likely badgering Bethesda for a definitive answer.

Rage 2 already has a May 14 release date, but we’re hoping Bethesda will reveal launch dates for Doom Eternal, and the Wolfenstein off-shoots at its E3 showcase this year.
