Far Cry 5 Review in Progress

If the difference between a cult and a religion is the number of members it has, then after the 1,116 casualties they’ve racked up in the past few days of me playing Far Cry 5, the Project at Eden’s Gate will probably never be able to file for that coveted tax-exempt status. That’s a big body count, which is fitting, as Far Cry 5 is one of the biggest open-world games I’ve played in a while in terms of the amount of things to do. After five days of play my story progress sits at 57%, and the online component, Far Cry Arcade, has just gone live for reviewers, so I haven’t even had a chance to jump into that mode yet. Hence this review is still in progress until I put more time into it, but here’s what I think so far.
